• City offices will be closed on Friday, April 10th in observance of Good Friday.
  • Those with Friday trash service will receive pick-up on April 10th as scheduled.
  • Recycling services will remain suspended at this time.
  • Yard waste is tentatively set to resume on April 20th.
  • Bulk leaf pick-up is tentatively set to resume on April 20th through May 1st.
  • Utilities can be paid online at billpay.cityofcartersville.org. Until further notice, Customer Service employees will accept payments at the drive-through on Monday through Friday from 9AM – 12PM and from 1PM – 4PM, but are closed from 12PM – 1PM. If payments need to be made using other forms of payment or need to be delivered, the Customer Service drop box in the drive-through is available 24/7.
  • The application for new utility services is located on the City of Cartersville website: www.cityofcartersville.org/DocumentCenter/View/3801/Utlity-Application. Please email the completed application to paybill@cityofcartersville.org or drop it off at the Customer Service drive-through.   • Parks and Recreation facilities are closed. Gates are locked at Dellinger Park, the Sports Complex and all City pocket parks.
  • The Welcome Center is closed until further notice.
