In observance of the intent of the governor’s Shelter-in-Place Order and because the schools continue to be closed due to the COVID-19 emergency, Cartersville City Schools has delayed the date for kindergarten registration and acceptance of new out-of-district student applications for the 2020-21 school year.
The system is monitoring the situation and will assess the emergency status at the beginning of May.
The system will announce on the district and Cartersville Primary websites and social media the new date for Kindergarten registration and out-of-district student applications as soon as it is established.
The district is posting the out-of-district application on the system website cartersvilleschools.org for downloading at your convenience.
The application form should not be submitted until the new date is announced.
