On December 27th, Floyd County news outlets reported that inmate 25-year-old Jesse Tyra Glaze of Cartersville flooded the N block of the Floyd County Jail. He allegedly broke three fire sprinklers. The FCSO charged him with criminal damage to property in the second degree, felony interference with government property, and unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution.
Floyd County is boarding him for the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office. The BCSO arrested him for multiple charges on February 3rd, 2020, including aggravated stalking and obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers.
Since being in Floyd County, Glaze received charges of aggravated assault on an officer, reckless conduct, felony obstruction of officers, and unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution after allegedly resisting an officer and throwing urine at officers.
Glaze also received charges of simple battery, unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution, and terroristic threats and acts in another incident. He reportedly resisted officers and told them he would harm them, tie them up, and beat them.
