On Tuesday morning, WBHF was informed that a Cartersville City School Bus was involved in a hit-and-run accident in Atlanta. The bus was transporting children to a field trip in the area. WBHF spoke to Bartow County EMA Director Paul Cuprowski, who wanted to emphasize that there were no injuries on the bus.
“A Cartersville school bus was involved in a hit-and-run in the city of Atlanta (at) Monroe and Piedmont in front of the museum. There were no injuries on the bus and there were 36 students. There is nothing further at this time.”
