Good morning! Happy Friday, everyone, it’s time for a BIG SHOW Friday edition of Bartow’s Morning News, bringing you the best in news, weather, traffic and sports on your award-winning community radio station.
We have three guest segments today, including the fourth of our Coaches Corner interviews at 7:40AM. Football Head Coach Frank Barden of the Cartersville Purple Hurricanes will join us in studios to recap last week’s routing of the North Murray Mountaineers, by a score of 55-15. We will then take a look at tonight’s Homecoming game against the Coahulla Creek Colts.
At 7:50AM, Tara Currier, Cartersville DDA Director will join us to talk about the upcoming Sample Your City event.
Then, in hour three, at 8:40AM, we’ll talk with Terri Cox, Program Coordinator at The Grand Theatre, about events coming to the Grand.
