According to Sheriff Clark Millsap, Bartow County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigators and Homeland Security Agents executed a search warrant at a residence in Adairsville on Tuesday after both agencies received several leads of possession/distribution of child sexual abuse material.
After a thorough investigation, 29-year-old David Lee “Brian” Phillips of Adairsville was arrested and charged with 16 felony counts of sexual exploitation of children.
Phillips is currently being held in the Bartow County Adult Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
