A resolution that was passed by the Bartow County Board of Education almost 22 months ago garnered the most conversation during a business meeting at their central office on Monday night.

On March 20th 2017, the board approved a taxation resolution presented by former Superintendent John Harper with a three to two vote resolving that they did not support an increase in the current school tax exemptions.

On Monday, the board approved a resolution presented by current Superintendent Phillip Page to rescind the aforementioned resolution.
