Piedmont Provides $10,000 Investment for Tonsmeire Community Clinic

Cartersville (July 26, 2023) – Piedmont’s community benefit program, which aims to improve the health and wellbeing of the communities that Piedmont serves, has made investments for 21 community clinics, totaling $200,000. Convicted Child Molester Receives Two Life Sentences

Bartow County Announces Proposed Millage Rate Decrease  

The Bartow County Commissioner is pleased to announce a decrease in the millage rates for 2023. The Commissioner will adopt the reduced millage rates at his August 9th Public Meeting, which will reduce the rate for incorporated areas from 8.99 mills to 7.49 mills and for unincorporated areas from 7.96 mills to 6.97 mills.
