Cartersville Police were dispatched to Sunoco on 700 Joe Frank Harris Parkway Monday night in reference to an armed robbery.
A black male with tattoos on both wrists and possible sleeve tattoos wearing a black North Face fleece jacket with the hood over his head, a black mask, black sweat pants, and purple Nike gloves entered the store at around 7:50. The suspect pointed a large knife at the employee and told the employee to give him the money. The suspect took approximately 60 dollars and ran towards Rowland Springs Road.
No one was injured.
