A complainant stated a suspect entered his barn on Sewell Road in Aragon on May 11th and stole his red Yamaha ATV and Echo backpack leaf blower. He said the suspect stated that if he contacted law enforcement, something would happen.
The complainant said Thursday night at around 8:00, he heard gunshots outside. He showed a deputy several holes in the siding around the house. The deputy couldn’t tell the cause of the holes as they only went as far as the outer foam insulation.
Inside a bedroom, there was a hole that correlated to a hole on the outer wall, but it was too high to verify if anything passed through. The complainant gave the deputy a nine millimeter shell casing he says he found in the grass across the road.
