According to reports with the Georgia State Parol, this accident occurred on July 4, at approximately 12:30 p.m. A 2008 Harley Davidson, 2008 Infiniti EX35, and a 2011 Honda CR-V were traveling south on Red Top Mountain Road, negotiating a right curve. The CR-V came to a stop in preparation to turn left onto Webster Ferry Road. The Infiniti came to a stop behind the CR-V. The motorcycle approached from the rear, overturned, rotated and began to slide on its left side. The motorcycle then struck the driver side rear of Infiniti with its right rear. The motorcycle then rotated before traveling forward and striking the rear of the CR-V. The driver of the motorcycle, Daniel D. Cramer, age 56 from Acworth, was fatally injured. The driver of the Infiniti, Darrell E. Bailey, age 51 from Chipley, FL, was not injured. The driver of the CR-V, Bailey Bilieleeann, age 31 from Kennesaw, was not injured.
