Adairsville Police arrested 23-year-old Dazmyn Darden of Cedartown during a traffic stop on State Route 140 at Old Highway 140 Wednesday morning for multiple charges including possession of a controlled substance in schedule one, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance in schedule one, possession of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and possession of one ounce or less of marijuana.
Darden was pulled over for speeding when officers noticed a very strong odor of unburnt marijuana coming from within the vehicle.
Upon a vehicle search, officers found several bags of marijuana, a bag of cocaine, a large bag of Ecstasy pills, and a set of digital scales.
