Around 7:40 Tuesday morning, an accident occurred on Highway 411 in Pine Log near Highway 140 that involved a life flight helicopter. According to witnesses at the scene, a Ford Explorer veered off the road and ran into a parked DOT tractor on the side of the road. Only one person was injured, according to the witness. The driver of the Ford Explorer was injured and airlifted to Atlanta Medical. Both lanes were blocked until 8:40, when traffic was released. Stay tuned to WBHF for any incoming details.
