BCEMS responded to Benfield Circle at around 10 pm Wednesday to a male patient that had been stabbed. Upon the EMS crew arrival they found a male that had been stabbed numerous times. The EMS crew requested an air ambulance for transport to a level 1 trauma center due to the severity of the wounds. Air Life 3 transported the patient to Grady Hospital for treatment.
