A man involved in a two vehicle accident was transported to the hospital just before noon today. According to reports, the accident occurred on highway 41 at Cassville road when a motorcycle and passenger car collided. The male driver of the motorcycle was thrown from the motorcycle. The man struck his head on the pavement. The patient was transported to the Floyd Medical Center. The female driver of the vehicle was transported to the emergency room.
