Bartow County EMS and other agencies responded to an accident on Joe Frank Harris Parkway near Red Top Mountain Road Sunday evening to a fatal accident.
EMS found 24-year-old Brendan Young of Kennesaw lying on the ground with no sign of life. Young was riding a motorcycle when he struck a vehicle at a high rate of speed.
