Qualifying ended at 4 p.m. Wednesday with three candidates signing up to run for the Kingston Mayor’s post. The three names on the list include former Mayor Wanda Penson, former city employee Jeanette Perkins Graves and council man Chuck Wise. The winner will fill the unexpired term of Ronald Casey. Casey died in June. The election is scheduled for November.
