According to Bartow County EMS Pubic Information Officer Brad Cothran, EMS, the Bartow County Fire Department and the Georgia Department of Natural Resources are working a drowning at Red Top Mountain Beach. The person is a 21-year-old Hispanic male. Recovery operations started at 2pm. The call for the incident came into the 911 center around 1:15 pm.
