We have a few more details on the one vehicle accident that sent 4 people to the hospital Wednesday evening.  The accident occurred at Hamilton Crossing Road between State Route 293 and U.S. 411.  According to Georgia State Patrol reports, the driver of a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado failed to maintain her lane while negotiating a curve and ran off the shoulder of the roadway. The vehicle entered a ditch and struck a tree stump.  Four of the six occupants in the vehicle received non-life threatening injuries.  They were transported by EMS to either the Floyd Medical Center or to the Cartersville Medical Center.
