A man was possibly run over by a backhoe Thursday afternoon. The accident occurred at approximately 1:30 at 94 Martin Road. Bartow County Ems and Bartow County Fire Department were called to Martin Road for a male possibly run over by a backhoe. Once on scene, the patient was assessed and treated for injuries. He was transported to the Cartersville Medical Center with traumatic injuries.
