We have two guest segments scheduled today. Coming up at 7:40AM, State Senator Bruce Thompson will be joining us in studios to discuss his role under the Gold Dome in discussing cyber security and network intrusion detection here in Georgia. With all the discussion nationwide over Russian hacking charges, we felt it would make sense to talk with Senator Thompson about what the state of Georgia is doing to protect itself from outside hacking attempts.
Then at 8:40AM, Lillie Read, Manager of the Cartersville Downtown Development Authority, will join us to talk about some of the events planned for downtown.
