Good morning! It’s time for a big-show Friday edition of Bartow’s Morning News, bringing you the best in news, weather, traffic and sports on your award-winning community radio station.

We have four guest segments planned today. At 7:40AM, Ken Reeves will join us to talk about the annual Emancipation Proclamation ceremony to be held on January 1, 2015 at Damascus Baptist Church in Emerson.

At 7:50AM, we will talk to some folks about the many businesses and offerings available at the West End Commons shopping center.

tellus_museumAt 8:40AM, we will talk about Tellus Science Museum and the offerings not only left for the year, but also a look into the start of 2015. Don’t forget, a membership to any of our local museums makes a great gift!

And at 8:50AM, Marty Williams will join us in studios to talk about his effort to help pastors Tim and Sarah McKinley after they suffered a severe car crash back in November. Tune in to our news to hear that story in full and then be here to listen to our interview with Marty to find out how you can help.
