A former Bartow County School System employee is in the Bartow County Jail charged with 60 counts of theft by deception. According to reports, Cathy Elizabeth Gayton of Sandtown Road was jailed Friday. She is accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the school district’s nutrition program.
