Bartow County EMS, Fire personnel, and Sheriff’s deputies responded to the railroad crossing at West Felton Road in Cartersville on Sunday evening due to a train versus pedestrian accident.
After a search of the vicinity, a male with no signs of life was found off to the side of the tracks. The Bartow County Coroner’s Office has been contacted. West Felton Road will be blocked until the investigation is complete.
