ELLER AND MURPHY FOUND GUILTY

Stephen Eller and Tammy Murphy were charged with the shooting death of  Danny Gravley in March of 2013.  The Trial Jury has returned the following verdicts in Criminal Action # 14-830                   

The State of Georgia vs. Steven Eller and Tammy Murphy,

(1) Malice Murder:

      ELLER     – GUILTY

      MURPHY – NOT GUILTY

(2) Felony Murder:

      ELLER     – GUILTY

      MURPHY – GUILTY

(3) Aggravated Assault

      ELLER- GUILTY

      MURPHY- GUILTY

 (4) Concealing the Death of Another:

      ELLER     – GUILTY

      MURPHY – GUILTY

(5) Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime:

      ELLER     – GUILTY

      MURPHY  – NOT GUILTY

 

Judge Suzanne H. Smith ordered a pre-sentence investigation on both defendants before the sentencing hearing on Sept. 30^th at 9:00 a.m..
