BCEMS responded to a male lying on the side of the roadway possible struck by a vehicle. The call came into the 911 center at 1:28am. BCEMS arrived on the scene to find a male conscious but confused. The male appeared to be in shock due to a fracture of the lower leg and a possible spinal injury. The patient was transported to Kennestone Hospital for treatment. The male was found on HWY 293 near Allatoona shores
