Cartersville Police arrested a juvenile on October 19th for sexual battery against a child under 16 years.
Cartersville Police released a report Wednesday afternoon stating that an officer responded to a sexual offense report on October 3rd at Cartersville High School.
Upon arrival, the officer met with the complainant, who reported that a juvenile was sexually assaulted by another juvenile while at the school.
This case remains under investigation, but CPD doesn’t expect additional arrests.
