Tabyes Moody
24-year-old Tabyes Moody of Riverdale was booked into the Bartow County Jail on Thursday night in connection to an armed robbery that occurred almost two years ago.
A complainant indicated that she was asleep on the floor of a residence on Blueberry Ridge in Acworth on January 25th 2015 when a black male in a red hoodie and blue jeans known as Tay entered the residence, brandished a black pistol, and told a victim there to give him the money. The victim gave the suspect a one hundred dollar bill from his wallet. The suspect then took the wallet, removed an additional 50 dollars, and left.
A juvenile witnessed the crime.
Tabyes Moody has been charged with cruelty to children in the third degree, burglary, home invasion in the first degree, armed robbery, and possession of a weapon during commission of certain crimes.
