According to Georgia State Patrol reports, a trooper in Whitfield first noticed the vehicle travelling at speeds of 92 miles per hour. The chase continued through Gordon and into Bartow. The vehicle finally stopped near mile marker 303 in Bartow when a trooper was able to successfully perform a pit maneuver. The driver, 20 year old, Anna Payne of Madison, Tennessee faces numerous charges including, fleeing, and driving under the influence.
